In a like manner, the certain volume of an
extract of bee bread was diluted with 50 %
ethanol up to 1.0 ml and was mixed with 1.0 of
2.0 % solution of aluminum chloride
hexahydrate. The mixture was mixed by vortex
and incubation was done for 65-85
minutes at the room temperature. The amount
of 2 % solution of aluminum chloride was
substituted by the same amount of 50 %
ethanol in the blank. The test was carried out
for each bee bread extract in triplicate
