 Total flavonoids contents were determined using the

slightly modified method of differential spectrometry.

 The curve of quercetin dihydrate was plotted in a

range of 2.08 to 23.92 mg/L.

 1 ml of the obtained dilutions of quercetin dihydrate

were mixed with 1.0 ml of 2 % aluminum chloride

hexahydrate in 50 % ethanol. Formula of the complex

of the flavonol with AlCl3 is presented below
